More Fast Travel Points and Bonfires

Increases the Fast Travel & Bonfire structure limit to 1000.
(I could probably code out a bunch of multipliers, but I'm too busy playing right now.)

Installing

• For SP: Extract into `R5\Content\Paks\~mods`. (Either directly, or in a `~mods` folder; it doesn't matter.)
• For MP: Extract to `R5\Builds\WindowsServer\R5\Content\Paks`. (You can place the files directly or inside a `~mods` folder—either way works.)
  

Yeah, that's right. (You can place it in either spot, it makes no difference.)
For legacy packs, the last load takes precedence.

(I haven't tested multiplayer and don't plan to play it. If it works there, great. If not, oh well.)
