A few Charms were either not worth their notches and/or were prohibitively too costly to wear. This mod addresses that without being game-breaking.

All Charms cost 1

1 less health, 1 more charm notch, all charms cost 1 notch, some charms are boosted, nail damage boosted, nail art activation time reduced.
