Uncap Item Limit and Transmarvel Stock (1.3.x)

Uncaps item limit (>x999) & transmarvel stock. Updated from this mod.
This increases the number of a specific item you can hold. It does NOT Increase the number of different items you can have (currently x5000). This is not possible, as it is the maximum number of items the save file can physically hold.


**Notes:**
- This mod supports GBFR V1.3.x.
Tables that edit constant.tbl and item_category.tbl may be incompatible with this mod.

If the game ever updates, you may need to use some items, or they may reset back to x999. The same can happen if you accidentally disable this mod and save.
