All skins, mounts, and emotes in the shop are sold for 1 gold. This includes quest skins like Pumpkin Jack!
This was a test mod to help me get started with modding the game. I'll keep it updated if anyone's interested.

Installation
Navigate to paks folder: FarFarWest\FarFarWest\Content\Paks
2. copy and paste ~mods folder inside Paks

Should look like: \Paks\~mods\
CheapSkins_P.pak
CheapSkins_P.ucas
CheapSkins_P.utoc

Uninstall
Remove the three files from the ~mods folder
