All 5 Resident Evil Requiem Safe Codes & Locations (2026 Guide)

(Note: If you input the wrong numbers or spin the dial in the wrong direction, the safe dial will spin back to its default position and you must try again.)

1. Bar & Lounge Safe (Rhodes Hill Care Center)

• สถานที่: Found on the 2nd floor of the Care Center, on the bar counter behind the enemies. You will go through this room automatically for story progress.
• Casual/Standard Code: Left 10 – Right 80 – Left 30.
• Insanity Code: Right 20 – Left 50 – Right 30.

2. Examination Room Safe

• สถานที่: After using the keycard in the Central Hall to open the east wing, you will reach the Examination Room. The safe is in the corner, inside the cabinet.
• Casual/Standard Code: Right 30 – Left 10 – Right 50.
• Insanity Code: Left 50 – Right 30 – Left 90.
• Reward: Contains 3 Antique Coins.

3. Basement Safe (Rhodes Hill Care Center)

• สถานที่: Take the Joint Plug from the Holding Cells Corridor and insert it in the Furnace room door. In the next room, inside a side office on the right, you will find the safe.
• Casual/Standard Code: Right 60 – Left 40 – Right 80.
• Insanity Code: Left 70 – Right 50 – Left 20.
• Reward: A document that marks Mr. Raccoons on the map.

4. Sterilization Chamber Safe (ARK)

• สถานที่: After reaching the ARK area and switching back to Grace, go through the open door on the right to reach the Sterilization Chamber. The safe sits on the window directly in front of where you enter. Sneak around the Licker to reach it.
• Casual/Standard Code: Right 10 – Left 90 – Right 20.
• Insanity Code: Left 80 – Right 50 – Left 0.
• Reward: 1 Molotov, 15 Handgun Ammo, 1 Med Injector.

5. Monitor Control Room Safe (ARK)

• สถานที่: After grabbing the Magnetic Key, use it on the red door by the typewriter upstairs. Enter the first green door on the left and inspect the monitor on the right side.
• Casual/Standard Code: Left 50 – Right 60 – Left 80.
• Insanity Code: Right 20 – Left 0 – Right 70.
• Reward: 1 Med Injector, 1 Empty Bottle, 1 Acid Bottle.

Q: Can I open the safes without finding the code files first?

A: Yes. The safe codes are always the same, and you can open them even without having read the associated file in the game.

Q: Are there any safes in Leon’s campaign?

A: No. All safes in Resident Evil: Requiem are found exclusively during Grace’s gameplay sections, none are found as Leon.

Q: Are safes missable?

A: Yes. Everything in the game is technically missable as there is no chapter select. However, if you keep a manual save from each area, you can still return everywhere.
