Method 1<\/p>\n

1. Install the xmod program:
\nAfter downloading the installation package from the official website<\/a>, open Steam, add games in the bottom left corner, add non Steam games, select XMODHUB, and add XMODHUB to the Steam game list. Right click on XMOD, select Properties, check Compatibility Settings and choose Proton (it is recommended to choose the latest version)<\/p>\n

2. Click the start game button, install XMOD, specify the installation path, and proceed with the installation.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Run the konsole console and execute the following command:<\/span><\/p>\n

**If there is no response or progress during installation, try again after changing the network
\nIf the installation is successful, an icon will appear on the desktop\uff08Cabbage toolbox\uff09:

4. Select the game you need to modify on Steam, enter the compatibility settings, and choose a compatibility tool (taking Stardew Valley as an example):

After setting up, turn off Steam, turn off Steam (very important! \uff09
\nClick the tool button to enter the tool interface and select \u201cMulti instance exe (New Version)\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Find the game Stardew Valley that we need to modify from the game list on the left
\n*Note that if Proton is not turned on, the game will not appear in this list.
\nClick on the game we want to modify, then click on edit the processes that can be launched simulated, select xmodhub.exe in the xmod installation path, and click sure:<\/p>\n

\nDownload Cheatdeck from the plugin store (complete tutorial available online)<\/p>\n

1. Install the Deck Plugin Store:<\/p>\n

Install and download Cheatdeck in the store

2. Enter Steam full screen mode, click the settings button, and open Cheatdeck; Enable the cheat button and select xmodhub.exe from the previously installed xmodhub path as the cheat path; Then click on \u2018save settings\u2019.
